SICILY HOTEL STRUCTURE

We offer the rental of a hotel located on the western coast of Sicily, consisting of three bodies developed on three floors above ground connected to each other, directly overlooking the private and equipped beach accessible directly from the hotel. The property has a covered commercial area of 8,000 m2, while the total area of the lot is approximately 70,000 m2. The location has 110 large rooms, some of which are junior suites, furnished in a modern way and divided into double, triple, quadruple and superior: some have a sea view and are located in front of the Egadi Islands, others have a view of the garden or internal patio. The rooms are equipped with every service including air conditioning and heating, private bathroom, minibar, flat screen TV, telephone, hairdryer and courtesy set. The hotel is equipped with all the requisites and comforts that a 4-star level structure requires: large hall-reception, congress center consisting of five independent meeting rooms with the possibility of accommodating from twenty to three hundred and eighty people, lounge, recreation and reading area and writing properly furnished according to quality standards. The property includes two restaurants (in and out), a bar/lounge and a poolside bar, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), a tennis court, mini golf and beach volleyball. The complex is also directly connected to a sports club with a heated swimming pool and fitness center with fully equipped gym. Inside the complex we find large green spaces with the typical "Mediterranean scrub" and a large area intended for parking for guests and employees (Cod. 10300).
