COMMERCIAL COMPLEX

The Complex consists of "Commercial Recreational" activities integrated with Management and Office activities, has two main bodies: block A including the Multiplex and some commercial activities, block B comprising the remaining commercial, recreational and management activities. The complex is made up of approximately 35,000 covered square meters, divided into various activities, as well as areas dedicated to parking. Currently, almost all of the complex is leased. It is equipped with its own photovoltaic system located on the roof of the Multiplex and almost all of the energy produced is self-consumed. Annual profitability of 6%. (Code 10064)
